Another Demeter Vintage Naturals Giveaway!

VN-Geranium-LeftYou all are going to benefit from my mistake. I inadvertently wrote that I would be announcing the Vintage Naturals Rosebush winner on June 1st when I meant to say May 25th. Well, I announced it, and then saw my mistake. So…I will be giving away another 15ml bottle to take care of the confusion. For those of you who entered the Rosebush giveaway, you will be automatically re-entered (except of course Sharon who won!). For those of you who were waiting to comment, or for anyone else who wants to enter, feel free to comment and you’re in!

 

This giveaway will be for Vintage Naturals Geranium. I have not tested this, so the bottle is brand new. The notes are listed as Lavender, Geranium, Patchouli and Cedar. Just make any comment; why you like geraniums, are happy for summer, or just say hello. This time the winner will be announced on Monday June 1st. Good Luck!

  1. I love geraniums because they remind me of being a kid and of sitting on the lawn with my pet bunny while he munched the stems.

  3. I have been looking for the perfect geranium scent all of my life. When I was young, I used to walk to school past a lovely greenhouse and remember the fragrance of geraniums emanating from there.

    I have tried to capture that comfort scent of geraniums all of my life! It reminds me of my grandmother, long ago!

  4. I think the best thing about gerania are their leaves! Pleasingly soft and fuzzy and frequently leaving a beautiful, lingering scent after touching them. Somehow, they have more appeal that the blossoms themselves.

    I’d be very interested to see what Demeter does with these naturals. Is Christopher Brosius still involved with the line?

    1. The leaves are wonderful aren’t they? I’m not sure if Christopher Borsius is involved at all anymore. I’ve been corresponding with Mark Crames about the Vintage Naturals and he is the CEO of Demeter (had to google that to make sure)!

  5. Hi Trish, I’m a total Geranium fiend! I discovered it fairly recently as a perfume note, but I’ve always had a bottle of the essential oil on hand for baths, for its uplifting qualities. I;m happy to say it does the same for me in a perfume, I’d love to be entered in the draw. Many thanks and all the best!

      I’ve only sniffed it from the bottle, and it does have the geranium essential oil quality to it, probably because it’s in there! Very uplifting, I agree.

  7. Geraniums…love the pelargonium plain, love the scented…even love the true geranium, though not necessarily for scent.

    That’s an interesting mix in the Vintage offering…would love to be included in the draw…

  13. I love Geranium and Rose Geranium. I find the scent really soothing. As an added bonus, it’s supposed to help with pms symptoms so around “that time” I usually get out my geranium bath salts and soak to relax. Would love to win this fragrance!
